Locally sourced materials were prioritized to reduce transportation emissions, while rainwater harvesting and reuse for landscaping irrigation showcase resource efficiency. A dedicated pool disposal tank responsibly manages chemical runoff. Inside, the home boasts energy-saving features such as high-rated insulation, low-e thermal glass, and renewable heating options like a wood burner and gas water heater.
