Operations/ Project Manager
Ben, our cheerful on-site manager, ensures homes are delivered on schedule and up to standard. With over 10 years in the industry, he oversees project safety, keeps subcontractors informed, and ensures materials and team are on-site as needed. Ben's passion for the trade shines through his journey up the ladder and his achievement of designing and building his own home.

Qualified Carpenter
Matt, our qualified carpenter brings energy, humour, and a passion for building to the team. With 10 years of industry experience, he enjoys seeing projects come together from start to finish and is always looking for opportunities to grow and expand his skill set. Known as the comedian of the crew, Matt keeps morale high and the team smiling on-site.
